    The introdocution of the concept of "lawful traffic" is of great
    concern. When certain protocols (e.g. bittorrent) or discussions
    are deemed "unlawful", your ISP will be required by law to censor
    and filter it.

    This is a concept that brings me much trepidation, too, and it is [admittedly] the first that I've heard of it. What happens to 'tor' and its implications for free speech without fear of retribution? Bittorrent, also, yes... So many areas that the politicians with heads so far up their asses as to the way things in the real world work are trying to get their privileged fingers all over with complete ignorance and impunity from the consequences of their actions.
