    Feeling a little long in the [Blue] tooth? Been 'indulging'? all of your adult life? Need that little extra help to 'get 'er done'? Then here's a recipe you may just get a long with:

    1 16oz glass: fill 12oz 3/4% Homogonized milk! (we need fat)

    start: add 6-8ozs milk to glass, stir in one package of Carnation Breakfast Essentials powder; blend well, then add remainder of milk to 12oz. add 1 oz Carnation Vanilla Coffee Creamer. Top glass with Kahulah. add 10mg thc infused cocunut oil. stir well. Turn on Seasame Street and have a nice day!

    When I was a kid, Carnation Instant Breakfast was cool. Later I read that
    one of the Tour de France teams was using whole milk and CIB as a on-the-
    road booster.

    Oh, they had some chewy, fake chocolate tasting bars that had some tie-in to the Apollo program, too.
