    Bell used to call this "Cottage Internet" but they re-branded it when people who live in "cottage country" year-round found it way faster than the DSL available to their homes (if DSL was even available at all).

    This was the case for my Dad's house when my Mom was still living there, they were too far for DSL so their only options were the cottage internet or the fixed wireless service from Vianet.
