    Ok,

So I've got Mystic BBS all setup but I kinda feel like I'm missing my old Wildcat BBS. I have the WinServer version and would like to pick it back up but what kind of mail tosser will I need? I'm assuming Platinum Express won't work with TCP Connections.

I know nothing about Wildcat but there are a couple here at least running it so
it can be done. Net 5 is a net setup for Wildcat BBSs if I'm not mistaken.

    Ttyl :-),

I think I have seen people using Platinum Express although if your WinServer is out of date I think it costs thousands to get it upgraded, get the addons, and get support for anything.

You could always make Mystic look like Wildcat lol

You can contact me at sysop@tfb-bbs.org and I will try to answers any
    questions you may have.

Net 5 of FSX is all Wildcat systems using Netserial (Vmodem) which works seamlessly with PXW.

WINSnet has been revived, see www.winsnet.info for information.

Yeah not looking to invest too much but looking at the options. The AUP
really isnt that much ($150 or so) and platnum xpress is $79, but that doesnt look like it uses IP but does use modem.

Actually what it is that I'm missing is when I get a new netmail message I
have to go to the message area to find it. I belleve in WC I was able to get
    it on login.

In other words a scan of the echos to see messages for you?? Or private netmail? I am sure through the menu options you can add in a check of that
one echo for messages to you. Mystic has a very extensive menu'ing system
which allows you to pretty much do anything you want with the system..
