Looking for something that looks like a bard or musician this time, with ìsomething like a lute for choice, maybe a hard, in a sitting position... ìLooking for ASCII outline kind thing not blocks.. after rounding up the usual ìsuspects, I've come up empty... thought I had seen something somewhere ìthough.

How big are you thinking for this picture? A full screen or something else?

A 1/4 there abouts, maybe 1/3 I still have to fit it into a menu so it needs ìsome room to work with, but its reasonably flexible.

Uh? That's about what I see.... chuckle

Well, I guess the message got more screwed up than I thought at some point. Maybe the lines were over 256 characters and got chopped somewhere?

I think I'll avoid posting generated ANSIs again -- at least ones I don't
    edit a lot beforehand.

Thats par for the course here.... some really basic colour change will work, ìbut beyond that its just gibberish.

Not real sure what you were trying to do there but it crashes multimail. I suspect maybe because of the number of lines but
    not sure.

You might want to consider upgraded your mystic install, as most of the line lenght issues are fixed in latter A46 versions.

I don't think that'll make a difference with an ansi post. They get formatted so they don't exceed 79 characters. That ansi looked good here in Mystic with different results in other interfaces. I'm not sure why it crashed multimail.

    Ttyl :-),

Alright, I gave a good ol' college try at it and came up with this: https://16colo.rs/paste/915b19d9

I can edit it up more if you had suggestions for it. Maybe not the best human pose but I think it comes across alright. You can do whatever you'd like to
    it too. I don't mind.

Hey I'm liking it... is there anyway to turn it into an outline... similar ìto... of course I can't find a url now... something like...

    https://www.pinterest.com.au/pin/301459768801059548/

Bad example but best I could find off hand... if thats not your bag, thats ìok, I do like what you've got there... certainly better than the existing... ìI'll be slotting it into a LORD menu...

In the back of my mind, I was wondering if you meant the old-school DOS ASCII stuff (my first version) or the typical, ASCII you might see on the web.

    How about this?:

Now that is a sexy minstrel :) Poifect! I'm not sure how you'd actually ìdescribe the difference in style. My best description was outline I think.

While visually great, I have had to perform some surgery to this unfortunate ìsoul. For some reason I can't explain the "`" will not play nice through ìthe BBS. So after replacing them with "'" or "." where feasible he's looking ìa little less smooth but a whole lot more functional for me.
