Has anyone noticed any speed difference with 5g and non 5g service?

I live outside Stockholm in a small village and we're not even close to get 5G in a number of years. I think 4G is fine for mobile phones and tablets when wifi isn't available.

My company uses Cradlepoint 4G/5G network devices as backup. We can
get 30 mbps/20 mbps on 5G, and 12/8 on 4G. Not a huge difference, but significant.

I borrowed a T-Mobile 5G hotspot and took it to my family's cabin
where we normally got no cell phone coverage from any carrier. I was
able to get 4 down/2 up and was pleasantly surprised.
