Do you have to run './mis daemon' with sudo for the events to work?

Nope, I just run ./mis daemon as Pi and everything just works. The only event I had to slap sudo on was the one where it adds an IP to the iptables blocklist.

I don't run daemon as sudo.

Permissions do need to be paid attention tho; on 2o when I run mis as sudo, all my scripts stop working w/o changes on my end.

I wonder if they are an issue when you run as user. I am NOT the most knowledgable here, but if /mystic files are all user:user [pi:pi in my case] then ./mis daemon should run shell binaries just fine. Do you see the error codes?
