• BBSLink and Mystic 64-bit

From Beery@21:4/109 to All on Tue Nov 5 20:12:52 2019
Does anyone have BBSLink and the 64-bit version of Mystic with a Windows-10
    64 bit system running?

I've not been able to get it running and the developer thought it should.

Just need confirmation one way or the other.

    Thanks.

    Beery

I've (just) applied to BBSLink and will give it a try myself, but I don't have any knowledge at this point. I'll post if I figure out more.

Okay, as per my previous message, I applied and have attempted to install BBSLink.

And it works just fine. So long as I'm not trying to login locally.

So have you tried it through telnet?

And, if you've tried that, the only things I can think of are issues in bbslink.bat. The weirdest bit would be adding the "cd \mystic\doors\bbslink" just before the "do not edit below this line" bit.

The next thing that would occur to me is setting the various codes with <> still included. And, if that's not it, then I'd guess a wrong code, since
    they are pretty much gibberish.

Any of those make it better?

Well, first, I was trying to login locally. When I came in through a telnet connection it still would not work. Going back and double checking
everything, I discovered I left out a "t" in mystic on a filepath.

    It works now.

    Thanks.

    Hooray!

And now I have more than Oregon Trail on my BBS. :)

Well, that, plus my broken-half the time, alpha-version Go game I'm working
    on.
