• Not sure what's wrong...

    From Phoobar@21:2/147 to vk3jed on Tue Dec 24 03:48:02 2019
Got the Pi running Mystic. "Seems" to be able import/export mail like normal...but having sent out some test messages...don't think they are going anywhere.

Have copied the files from my Windows setup & changed all the paths...but haven't gotten any responses.

Not sure what else I need to do to get it working. Any suggestions...feel
more than free to ask for anything or make any suggestions.

    Thank you!

You need to determine where the mail is going, and also whether the sessions are being established. Make sure mail is being exported, and check logs. Have you tried a manual poll with fidopoll, top try and see what's going on?

If you like horror and the same cast doing different parts every
    year...quite a series.

Fortunately...our public broadcasting station is running "Victoria" season 2 all day long...rather than their normal programming. VERY HIGHLY recommend it if you get a chance. Reminds me that "Outlander" will be back soon.

unzip is in your path. The only time you'd want to add ./ is if the
executible you want to run is in the current directory.

I haven't been following what's going on here but make sure zip and unzip
are installed. You may need to install them if you haven't already.

apt-get install zip unzip (as root).

Check that the .sa0 bundle (ZIP) isn't empty -- I think I had one of these errors when I received some empty packets a short while ago. Removing the
    empty packets resolved the issue.

They all have some size to them.

Ended up reloading the software without copying over anything from the
windows box. Gotta do an 11 hr shift tomorrow...so it will be Friday before I can check on it. Unfortunately...if I can't get it working on the Pi...will
be forced to stay with Windows.

    Thank you for the suggestions.

OK, horror's not my thing, unfortunately.

Fortunately...our public broadcasting station is running "Victoria"

HIGHLY recommend it if you get a chance. Reminds me that "Outlander"

Hmm, I'd call that "out of the ordinary". Might pay to check your archiver setup. :)

Changed the unzip to ./unzip. Did the same thing with zip after I downloaded it with apt-get.

Are zip and unzip in Mystic's directory?

Will kick out a test message to see if this bit of stupid on my part

I think Vk3jed has hit it, it looks to me like an archiver issue. Is the unzip you are using linux compatible or is it the dos version??
    Or is the path correct?

I really think you _don't_ want to put ./ in front of your archiver commands. The archivers should be installed into your $PATH if you've used apt-get to install them. They won't be in your Mystic directory, unless you've actually put them there. See my previous message for the working archiver commands on my system for ZIP.
