Yes I did. I can get msgrd 1.22 installed and working fine, but the 123 will crash on that error. If I comment out in userdefs.js that line 6, the next one will error out.

That is weird. Is there a "USER_DELETED" anywhere in the in "msgrd 1.22" source?

Apparently I did not update the sbbsdef.js in the load folder. Once I did that it worked. I assumed I had all the updates in the sbbsrun.zip sbbsdev.zip and sbbsexec.zip files becuase I used those. I went to cvs repository under exec\load and found a newer version that what I had,

    Thanks for your assist.

They're included in sbbs_run.zip *and* sbbsexec.zip (you don't need *both*), but they're in sub-directories. So you have to know how to extract recursively (with sub-dirs).

Also, run 'jsexec chksetup.js' and 'jsexec update.js'.

Ostensibly, I did not get all the files copied over. I must have been sleeping at the wheel.

What dos chksetup.js do exactly and will I get a log of what it finds?
Does synchronet need to be down?
