• USA Default on Debt

From Khelair@VERT/TINFOIL to All on Wed Oct 16 10:59:46 2013
I'm still not caught up with everything about the state vs.
federal or 'libtard' discussion... Haven't really had enough coffee to
deal with the vitriol in all of that yet.
What's got my panties in a bunch this morning is the fact that
we're a day away from default on the nation's debt. Now, of course, this
debt is a fictional construct used to consolidate power from the hands of
the local owners of goods, services, and businesses, to mega-corporations
and banks. However fictional it may be, though, the US dollar has been
for some time the de facto currency of international exchange. China and other major holders of US debt are changing their positions quickly, and
    have been for awhile now.
I guess what I'm saying is once we lose the home-court advantage
for bartering overseas we're gonna see massive price spikes; at least
that's my fear. Something tells me that that might not be all that goes
down, either. Rahm Emanuel's "No crisis should go to waste," comes to
mind at this point. When this thought is taken in tandem with the current trends like the DHS prestaging military equipment at local PDs across the country, the NSA doing whatever the hell they want including keeping a
'core list' with several million names on it of political dissidents, and
FEMA camps... Well, you can see what I'm getting at.
I'm not saying it's going to be martial law and put people like me
up against the wall time, but I'm saying it's a step closer. I hope I'm
wrong but I think they might just let us default on that debt for a
limited amount of time for some agenda that we can't totally predict yet.

    revolutionary act." -- George Orwell
