I've heard nothing good about it. I know people who have tried to get ObamaCare and they said its too high for them. I know personnally my insurance premiums have quadrupled with Obamacare, my copays have trippled, my deductibles are through the roof. Anytime we try to use the insurance we have to go through the third degree with the insurance company who wants to argue every single claim.

The insurance companies are a huge part of the problem. They are only the middle men. There is no reason to include the insurance companies in the health care scenario.

IMHO, it is both. My (possibly incorrect) understanding is that in the countries that have socialized medicine, the "national health"
administers the care. There really is no health insurance beyond the
fact that the national health is there and you can use it.
Here, the government set up the ACA and made sure those other "greedy" groups were still involved. That does not fix anything.

Bush43 wasn't perfect, but the actions that put the economy onto
unstable footing started under Clinton42. The government programs that were put into place to allow everyone an opportunity to own a house, without proper controls to stop crooked lenders, went into effect in
the 1990's.
The crooked lenders did not just become crooked the moment Bush43 put
his hand on the Bible in January, 2001. Many seeds were alredy sown
long before then. For example, in this area, prices started
skyrocketing well over what houses were worth during, or before, the Summer of 1999. I remember that well because I could not figure why on Earth comp houses in my neighborhood were suddenly listing, and even selling, for 2/3rds more than what I gave for mine only 2 years prior.
i had a job with insurance when i was 18 years old. why should someone be sucking off of their parent's insurance when they are an adult?
So did I, but times have changed. If the parents are paying for the addition of their child till he 26, what is the difference? They were paying additional before he reached 18. If the child was free, then you'd have a point.

what do you mean addition? as an adult they should have a job with insurance if they require it. that being said, i'm 39 now and i havent had the flu since i was 17 and i havent needed any doctor visits.
young people dont get sick much and dont require insurance. but they
have the parents paying for them until age 26 so that's more money into the insurance companies and ACA.

first off, college isnt really that good of a path for some people.
it's best to get into a trade in a lot of cases. a college education doesnt really mean someone will be successful. also factor in that
some kids pick subjects of study that are useless.
if they are going to college 'full time', they can still get a job
