    Hector,

It has been too long since I had any real dealings with the WCnav
(other than to use it) I am not able to put the new upgrade in. I
allow it to download and close the connection manager and it still wants
to download it.. I have even shut down the computer and it still will
not accept the upgrade.. I am sure it is something simple but I am
    brain dead.. Any idea?

    Thanks a lot
    Sharon

I don't know but maybe it has to the with Windows Explorer under
    Windows 2000/NT.

Close all applications, including any DOS windows. Make sure
    nothing is running.

Pop up your Task Manager and see if you see a NTVMD.EXE, kill
this. Or reboot the machine to clear them. Sometimes these
NTVDM.EXE cache the memory and show wierd things.
