    Hi

I've been working on filling in documentation on how to install Titan on
linux on the fsxnet wiki. Installing Titan on linux is a little
difficult, due to it's requirements (you need a recent distribution, with
    gcc 8+).

    http://wiki.bbs.nz/projects:opensource:titan:start

I've updated the windows snapshot too. It includes new default menu
screens (now with colour!) and I've included the platform dll for the
user editor and the crypto dll so you wont need to install openssl
separately. The only thing you will need to make sure you have is the
    Visual studio runtimes for VS2017.

I haven't done anything on the code recently though, I'm not sure what to
    do next.

    Are you accepting feature request/ideas?

I'd like to see a 100% tag based file system. Let the sysop build virtual folders which are actually just canned searches, but other than that it's
    tags all the way down.

Isn't that sort of how enigma 1/2 does things?

Would users be able to tag files or only the ones they uploaded? I can
see it working for small file bases, but I wonder how much work it would
be for the sysop mass uploading to tag every file.

    Hey

If anyone on windows is interested in trying out Titan I threw up a
windows installer of the latest version here:

    http://andrew.pamment.id.au/files/TitanSetup.exe

It's easy to setup with the installer, but then you're on your own, there
is no documentation (at all). So figuring out what to tweak in the json
config files would require looking at the source code ;P

So, if you're up for a challenge / something to do, have fun!

I've tested it a little on windows.. I haven't tested SSH, it may work,
it may not. Telnet works.. the rest is a mystery :P

Note: it's also possible to compile for linux, but that's even harder as
there is no installer script :D

If you just want to see it in action, checkout my BBS wunderlust..
